Welcome to the 52 Week Tuneup Challenge!

Join me as I embark with you on a series of weekly Tuneups, focusing on a specific area of your life.

This week's Tuneup concept is that you can’t clean up the community until you clean up your own back yard. We’ve all heard the phrase: “Out with the old, in with the new.” In order to create space for a new life journey, you must look at all areas of your life and decide what is not serving you and eliminate it. It could be anything in the broad spectrum from clothing, to files, to relationships or food.

So, take a few minutes right now, make a list of everything you need to “Clean Up.”

I will check back in with you in a day or so to see how your clean up list is going and give you ideas to add to the progress you made.

Cleaning up is a very simple ideas, but as we begin our 52 week Tuneup journey it's important to make sure we are beginning with a clean slate - so get moving!!
