Week 4 Bonus #1: Change Your Body, Change Your Life: Cellular Health

Welcome back. Today we’re going to focus on establishing the foundation to transforming your body by looking at ways to achieve Cellular Health. But before we do, be sure to pull out your “Before” pictures and review your current assessment. Then review the “Future You.” Make this a part of your daily rituals, as you shift your focus to making health and fitness number one.

So why is Cellular Health so important and why are we starting there? Because energy comes from the cells in your body. And your cells reside in your Lymphatic System, also known as your body’s sewage system.

Think about what you have been eating all your life…has it included fast food, fried foods, processed foods? What happens is that your body has been storing toxins, waste material, and bacteria for years, much of which has originated from the food we eat. This toxicity remains in your body until it is eliminated.

The challenge is, your body doesn’t have a pump for your lymph system, so the only way to eliminate the toxins is through an external source, such as rebounding or deep, diaphragmatic breathing. When you activate your lymph system, you:

  • Drain excess fluids from around your cells e.g., too much salt intake.
  • Eliminate large particles of dead cells.
  • Eliminate excess protein.
  • Eliminate bacteria and all other toxic matter.

Also key is that it is on a cellular level that nutrients are absorbed. So you can take all the nutrients you want, but if your cells are clogged, the nutrients have nowhere to go and are flushed out before they get anywhere.

Step Two is to stop poisoning your body. Eliminate acids, dairy, animalflesh, processed foods, all the things that are not serving your body. Before you eat something, ask yourself: will it cleanse or clog me?

Step Three is to revitalize by nourishing your cells. Start eating more live, organic, whole foods that are high in water content. If the body doesn’t have the right nutrition, or is polluted, the next generation of red blood cells won’t be as good as they could or you need them to be. Lack of care of your cells will cause them to “drag” so they aren’t able to do their job. A degeneration begins, which accelerates the aging process.

Achieving cellular health is part of the shift in lifestyle. And it will help you become the “Future You” because you will eliminate, in many cases, pounds of toxicity, that will support you in your transformation. AND, you will notice an increase in your Energy Level.
